We ship your order through federal express. Orders placed by 4:00pm Eastern Standard time are shipped the same day.

Returns & Replacements
offer our customers a 30 Day return policy from the date of invoice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of shipment you can log into your account and request a return authorization. Please allow 24 hours to receive your return authorization.
Below are all the nonreturnable items:
Food, Beverages, Cleaners, Disposables and sanitary items.

Return shipping: If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective we will provide a return shipping label. If the item is being returned not for these reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Restocking Fee: For remorse returns a 20% restocking fee will be applied in addition to the original shipping charge that would have been accessed for ordering the items returned. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the packing slip. If the item is not returned in the same condition and in the original packaging the restocking fee will be applied and can be aywhere between 20% to 60% depending on the item condition.

All orders can be placed conveniently on our website 24 hours a day. You can create an account to place an order or complete an order using our guest account service.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If for any reason you find a lower price after your purchase we will try our best to match or beat that price as far as our service commitment to our customers. If we cannot match or beat that price you can return your order for a credit within 30 days of purchase.
Viewing Orders
After placing an order we email you an order confirmation with the complete details of your order as well as your total. If you placed an order by registering an account you may also check on your order status and details by logging into your account and checking the order tab in your account center.
Updating Account Information
If you registered an account with us you can manage all your account information by logging into your account. All your information will be located in the my account page to easily edit password, address information, request returns, or create customer support requests.
