We offer our customers a 30-day return policy from the date of the invoice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of shipment you can log into your account and request a return authorization. All incorrect, damaged, or defective shipments should be reported within 10 Calendar days of receiving the order. Please allow 24 hours to receive your return authorization. Below are all the non-returnable items:

Food, Beverages, Cleaners, Disposables and Sanitary items.


Return shipping: If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective we will provide a return shipping label. If the item is being returned not for these reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Restocking Fee: For remorse returns a 20% restocking fee will be applied in addition to the original shipping charge that would have been accessed for ordering the items returned. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the packing slip. If the item is not returned in the same condition and in the original packaging the restocking fee will be applied and can be anywhere between 50% to 80% depending on the item's condition.

In case of an item received damaged in our warehouse, the 50% to 80% restocking fee will be applicable irrespective of the type of return.
